AI Sales Operations & Innovation Intern Location: Hybrid, with some in-office presence required at 515 S. Figueroa St., Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90071 each week. No housing support available at this time. Type: Part-time Internship (15–20 hrs/week) Duration: 3 months from May 4th to July 31st, 2026 Ideal for: Junior or Senior Computer Science students Compensation: This internship will be paid at an hourly rate of $25 USD Reporting to: Sales SWAT Team Leader / VP of Revenue Operations We are building an agile AI SWAT Team, and are looking for a a hungry, tech-native intern to dismantle manual bottlenecks in our Top-of-Funnel (ToFu) operations. This is not a theoretical internship; you will be "hands-on-keys," building the bots, agents, and workflows that automate lead generation, outreach, and market research to accelerate a multimillion dollar revenue funnel.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • An AI native skillset, with advanced proficiency with AI tools, LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), agents, automation, and hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, or automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, PhantomBuster).
  • Bias toward action, a "grassroots" builder who prefers launching a scrappy, working prototype today over waiting for an enterprise solution next month.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in an experimental environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with APIs, automation, or workflow tools

Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Agent Orchestration: Deploy and manage "Plug-and-Play" AI bots and agentic workflows to automate LinkedIn outreach, personalized messaging, and meeting scheduling.
  • Target List & Intent Mapping: Use AI to scrape, clean, and categorize high-intent target lists. Synthesize intent signals (web visits, downloads) into automated triggers for the Sales team.
  • Account-Level Intelligence: Use Generative AI to conduct 70–80% of the secondary research required for "at-bat" opportunities, providing Sales with pre-drafted talk tracks and account summaries.
  • Prompt Engineering & Prototyping: Develop a library of custom prompts and prototype AI-powered solutions that solve real enterprise business problems in an experimental environment.
  • Output Auditing & Documentation: Work with functional leads to identify "hallucinations," refine AI accuracy in our CRM, and document insights to shape recommendations for C-suite leadership.
