As an Innovation Intern, you will: Assist Innovation team with daily activities, such as preparing reports, schedule and facilitate meetings with all project stakeholders. Identify and prioritize products and programs that will add value to the company’s decarbonization goals. Provide market intelligence and assist in market research to support strategic planning goals. Work to understand and complete different financial models and cost analysis on different projects. Work alongside different teams and business units to address innovation and decarbonization. Research technologies and help with calculations to determine viable products that will impact our business.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or environmental science.
Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel) and PowerBI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embrace shifting priorities.
Able to quickly learn systems to enable tracking in Oracle.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience of working with a team to achieve results.
Analytical skills are essential.
Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August).
Position is hybrid/ 3 days onsite in Wall, NJ Corporate office and 2 days remote, as scheduled.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for student visas.
