About The Position

ARISE Analytics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Research Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and machine learning (ML) solutions. Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Excellent software development skills, with experience in version control systems such as Git
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must be a US citizen - this position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with anomaly detection workflows
Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs)
History of projects utilizing time series data
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
Experience with AI/ML ethics, fairness, and transparency
