AI Program Lead
About The Position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with regulations and internal policies; oversee full AI lifecycle; implement risk controls such as model risk management, bias audits, and human-in-the-loop safeguards; lead governance councils and working groups. Drive AI strategy and integration across workflows to deliver measurable ROI; identify and implement high-value use cases through cross-functional PODs; promote AI democratization via self-service tools and catalogs. Develop and deliver structured AI training programs, certifications, and awareness campaigns; foster responsible innovation through workshops and literacy initiatives; ensure compliance training for AI tools. Define KPIs and dashboards to track AI impact, adoption, and model health; provide regular reporting to leadership and governance committees on program status and risk posture.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, ethical AI principles, and risk management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to respond well to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative effort.
- Bachelor's degree in either computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics and 5 years of relevant experience in AI or Data Science.
