About The Position

Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The Global Service team is looking to hire an AI Program Intern on a hybrid work schedule out of our Milford, MA office. This internship will focus on data quality, user feedback, and operational activities tied to our enterprise AI tools. This role is not a development position; it focuses on program support, content organization, and adoption insights. The internship is designed to be flexible as AI needs evolve.This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2026. Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science or related field).
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
  • Interest in AI tools, service operations, or product/program management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support data management tasks, including data quality checks and content organization.
  • Collect and categorize user feedback to identify themes and improvement needs.
  • Assist with tracking adoption metrics and preparing basic reports or summaries.
  • Help coordinate program activities, meetings, and cross-functional communication.
  • Contribute to special projects related to AI tool enhancements or pilot initiatives.
