Following our successful UK expansion, we’re launching LoftyWorks in the United States with proven technology, battle-tested systems, and deep industry expertise. LoftyWorks combines sophisticated property management capabilities — tenant lifecycle management, maintenance coordination, leasing workflows — with robust accounting functionality including rent collection, landlord payments, and financial reporting. We’re looking for a highly motivated, AI-Native Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the LoftyWorks U.S. launch. This role will define and drive the product roadmap across property management, accounting, and CRM integration. You’ll work across distributed teams — U.S., Poland, and UK — to deliver a modern, AI-powered property management platform built for the U.S. market. You’ll operate at the intersection of vertical SaaS, AI automation, and financial systems — shaping the future of property management technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-powered products.
  • Proven track record shipping AI-native features at scale (automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, or ML-powered recommendations).
  • Strong technical background with ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams.
  • Experience building B2B SaaS products, preferably vertical SaaS or workflow automation tools.
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear product specs, present to stakeholders, and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Experience managing products through full lifecycle (discovery, build, launch, growth, optimization).
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience.

  • Property management or real estate technology experience, preferred.
  • Experience building financial software or accounting systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap for LoftyWorks US launch and growth. Prioritize features across property management, accounting, and CRM integration based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
  • Design and ship AI-powered features including intelligent maintenance routing, predictive tenant screening, automated lease generation, rent prediction models, and conversational AI for tenant communications.
  • Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and run experiments to deeply understand property manager workflows, pain points, and feature requirements.
  • Work across distributed teams (US, Poland, UK) to ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on product launches, customer onboarding programs, and market expansion. Define success metrics and track adoption across customer segments.
  • Ensure seamless integration between LoftyWorks and Lofty CRM. Design unified data models, shared workflows, and cross-platform automation.
  • Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create wireframes, mockups, and user flow diagrams.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics. Analyze product usage, conversion funnels, and feature adoption. Run A/B tests and iterate based on data insights.
