About The Position

The Only Agency is a creative management agency, we represent wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, hair stylists, manicurists, photographers, creative directors, and more. With hubs in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and London, we are at the heart of the industries we serve. We champion creative leaders who persistently redefine trends and push the limits in the fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries. We are masters at establishing connections and pairing creatives to meet the needs of our celebrity, brand, and editorial partners. The Only Agency is seeking a Part-Time AI Intern (4–6 Month Term). The ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate with strong organizational, documentation, and technical skills who is eager to help teams apply generative AI in practical, measurable ways across the agency.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in business, communications, information systems, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong writing and documentation skills with the ability to create clear, step-by-step guides
  • Familiarity with common AI tools and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets for basic tracking and reporting
  • Strong interest in fashion, beauty, culture, design, and media or brand partnerships
  • Highly organized, reliable, and curious, with the ability to support non-technical colleagues
  • Comfortable working part-time (10–20 hours per week) in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Basic exposure to Python or automation is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Design and run small, time-boxed AI pilots to support tasks such as research, drafting, meeting notes, and data cleanup
  • Build and maintain a prompt and playbook library with clear how-to guides and examples
  • Create and manage a central hub for approved AI tools, prompts, and best practices
  • Track and document the impact of AI initiatives, including time saved and usage metrics
  • Host short trainings, office hours, and enablement sessions to support adoption
  • Evaluate off-the-shelf AI and research tools and document their use for internal teams
  • Collaborate with HR and Legal to document privacy, confidentiality, and brand voice guidelines
  • Package successful pilots into brief case studies for leadership and board presentations
  • Provide regular updates on progress, learnings, and opportunities for improvement
