About The Position

We are seeking an AI Governance Associate to help develop, implement, and maintain our organization's AI governance framework. This role will focus on ensuring responsible AI development and deployment while managing associated risks and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Min of 3 years of experience in technology risk, compliance, or governance roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, Risk Management, or related field
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and common use cases
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI principles
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong Project Management and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Adaptability to evolving technology and regulatory landscape

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of AI governance policies, procedures, and controls
• Assist in conducting AI risk assessments and impact analyses for new AI initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate AI systems for compliance with ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review AI model documentation and governance artifacts
• Help maintain the AI inventory and risk taxonomy
• Support the development of AI governance metrics and reporting
• Assist in creating and updating AI-related policies and procedures
• Participate in AI governance committee meetings and help track action items
• Contribute to AI governance training and awareness programs
