Overview Hands‑on engineer building and refining AI‑enabled workflows and integrations that teams can adopt quickly, with a focus on practical delivery and measurable improvements. Produce practical artifacts that scale, including examples, templates, documentation, runbooks, and lightweight training snippets. Enable rapid adoption by providing solutions teams can apply directly in their day‑to-day development work.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on engineering background with recent coding experience
  • Experience building practical solutions end-to-end, not only designing them
  • Early adopter mindset with curiosity for new technologies and a bias to ship
  • Ability to work across teams and deliver independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication with technical stakeholders; able to translate feedback into concrete improvements

  • Strong interest in modern tools, with demonstrated experimentation and continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine developer workflows using modern AI tools, hands-on (coding, integration, automation)
  • Turn ideas into working solutions that teams can adopt quickly, focusing on usability and “last mile” integration
  • Support rollout of new approaches across engineering teams, including piloting, feedback loops, and iterative improvement
  • Work directly with engineers to solve real development challenges and reduce friction in daily workflows
  • Contribute to measurable improvements in delivery speed, quality, and developer experience
  • Ensure solutions meet baseline security, safety, and quality standards and follow established practices
