About The Position
SETR is a fast-paced startup building next-gen AI-powered sales infrastructure. We don’t just book calls — we automate the entire sales process: Instant lead response with voice AI Smart qualification and objection handling that feels human Omnichannel follow-up across SMS, WhatsApp, IG DMs, and email Seamless CRM + calendar sync so no lead slips through Continuous re-engagement for no-shows and cold leads Clients plug us in and go from leaking leads to running fully automated sales systems in days, not months. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won’t just “do tasks” — you’ll own systems that transform client businesses.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on building automations in n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations
- Experience deploying AI agents (Vapi, LangChain, GPTs, Relevance AI, or similar)
- Confidence in client-facing onboarding calls with clarity and leadership
- Builder mindset: you think in flows, document well, and own outcomes
Nice To Haves
- scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for advanced logic
- experience with agentic AI frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding calls and translate goals into working AI systems
- Configure and deploy AI voice + DM agents that sound human, handle objections, and book calls
- Build end-to-end automations using n8n, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Slack, Twilio, and more
- Design multi-channel engagement flows (SMS, email, voice, social DMs, CRM triggers)
- Test, stress, and QA workflows so they scale without breaking
- Continuously refine objection handling, re-engagement, and sequencing to maximize conversions
- Experiment with agentic AI and autonomous workflows that operate end-to-end
