About The Position
As an AI & Automation Intern, you will support the development, deployment, and optimization of Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows. You will partner with IT and cross-functional STC teams to help build scalable AI capabilities, prototype automation use cases and support emerging AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, PowerAutomate, Excel.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automation, scripting, or API integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of high impact Copilot Studio agents.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows.
- Support data collection, data validation, and knowledge base development.
- Perform analysis, testing, and documentation of AI workflows.
- Conduct AI best practices and prompt engineering research.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IT teams.
- Create work instructions and recorded documentation for training purposes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
