About The Position
At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have strived to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build our new AI adoption consulting practice from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute the strategy that will bring JetBrains' AI-driven developer tools to our largest enterprise customers while establishing a new high-impact business function. Your mission: Build and lead our AI adoption practice, from initial pilots to scaled rollouts. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward deployed engineers. Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators (SIs) and consulting firms. Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in consulting and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery.
- Strong relationships with SIs, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders.
- Deep understanding of the modern software development life cycle.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI transformation is a plus, but not required.
