About The Position

The AI Adoption Program Manager is responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI enablement, adoption, and value realization. The individual will define and track AI adoption KPIs, oversee AI tooling lifecycle management, enable cross-functional teams through structured guidance and ensure measurable business impact from AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable
  • 4+ Years Experience in Program Management, Project Management and/or Enterprise Transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, automation, model lifecycle, data governance).
  • Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, Google Vertex AI, Claude Code, Cursor, Loveable, Replit).
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset.
  • Experience defining KPIs and measuring technology adoption impact.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and enterprise tooling rollouts.
  • Data visualization (Power BI, Excel)
  • Executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • KPI Definition, Metrics & Reporting: Define AI adoption KPIs enterprise-wide (e.g., usage, productivity lift, cost savings, risk reduction, time-to-delivery). Establish baseline metrics and measurement frameworks. Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility. Track value realization and continuously refine KPIs based on maturity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead enterprise communications regarding AI capabilities and KPIs. Drive organizational discussions to increase AI adoption maturity. Establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple business units understanding their needs and challenges from an AI perspective Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify and suggest opportunities for Generative AI and other AI disciplines when opportunity arises Effectively communicate AI initiative progress updates to stakeholders Monitor and assess technological advancements, market trends and competitive landscape related to Generative AI and other AI disciplines Build and nurture a culture of learning around AI, fostering a community of internal and external experts, partners, and enthusiasts Support employee development in AI literacy, training and expertise
  • AI Tooling Governance & Lifecycle Management: Evaluate and manage enterprise AI tooling with the CIO (e.g., LLM platforms, copilots, automation tools). Oversee vendor selection, security reviews, and compliance alignment with Security & GRC. Define usage standards, access models, and governance frameworks. Maintain tooling inventory and rationalization strategy.
  • Risk, Compliance & Responsible AI Alignment: Partner with AI teams and Security & GRC to operationalize AI governance. Ensure responsible AI practices are embedded into adoption efforts. Help Identify and mitigate model, data, and vendor risk.
