About The Position

A.C.Coy is currently seeking candidates for a AI Adoption & Integration Specialist role. This individual will be responsible for driving the successful integration of artificial intelligence tools and workflows across the organization. This role bridges business needs, technical capabilities, and change management to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value and are responsibly used. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience utilizing ChatGPT and other AI tools to solve problems and meet business requirements. This candidate should have a level of advanced proficiency which will allow them to train others throughout the organization in best practices and risk management. Requirements

2+ years of specific experience using AI tools to meet business requirements
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, RPA, ML platforms)
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and risks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Use Case Development
Identify, prioritize, and evaluate AI use cases aligned with business goals
Translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
Implementation & Enablement
Lead or support the deployment of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
Collaborate with IT, data, security, and legal teams to ensure safe and compliant usage
Customize workflows and prompts to fit team-specific needs
Pilot, iterate, and scale AI solutions across departments
Change Management & Training
Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, and documentation
Coach teams on practical, responsible, and effective AI usage
Act as a trusted advisor for teams adopting AI into daily workflows
Address adoption barriers such as resistance, skill gaps, and misuse concerns
Governance & Responsible AI
Establish guidelines for ethical, secure, and compliant AI usage
Monitor risks related to data privacy, bias, and model limitations
Stay current on AI regulations, best practices, and emerging standards
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI initiatives
Gather feedback and continuously refine tools and processes
Report outcomes and recommendations to leadership
