About The Position

As GEP evolves into an AI-native platform, we are seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to support our internal teams in safely, securely, and creatively adopting AI into their day-to-day work. This is a technical enablement and education-focused role embedded within GEP’s AI transformation effort. You will act as an internal consultant who partners closely with functions like marketing, consulting, HR, operations, and legal to understand how they can benefit from emerging AI tools, ensuring their adoption is done with proper training, safeguards, and measurable impact. Serve as a power user and internal educator for AI tools, especially large language model (LLM)-based platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise AI software. Monitor and evaluate emerging AI tools and trends, distill what’s relevant for GEP, and proactively introduce those solutions to business teams. Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and 1:1 coaching to help teams become confident and safe AI users. Collaborate with legal, IT, and cybersecurity teams to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI technologies. Create and maintain an internal use-case library to document successful AI implementations and encourage reuse across teams. Advise on prompts, workflows, and tools to help employees get the most out of AI. Track adoption metrics, collect user feedback, and continuously iterate enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of practical experience using generative AI tools in a workplace setting — either through formal roles or demonstrable projects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide non-technical users.
  • Curiosity and a deep desire to stay ahead of evolving AI developments.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices and a mindset of governance and user empowerment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a consulting, IT enablement, L&D, or change management role is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal relationships.
