Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Please note, this position is fully onsite in our Lancaster PA Regional Office.
Requirements

- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, Agriculture or related field
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Communicate on regular basis with other portfolio managers (PM), relationship managers (RM), and relationship administrators (RA) in order to gather financial information to support loan requests.
- Obtaining reporting to help PM's with the monitoring and review exceptions (credit & collateral), maturing loans, asset based loans, and delinquencies.
- Support PM's with portfolio audit preparation, support, and responses for internal and external auditors.
- Support PM's with review of customer risk profiles and covenant compliance through the collection of financial data and searches.
- Gather and input necessary data into nCino or Loan Presentation Summary (LPS) to initiate loan creation and approval process.
- Support PM's with real estate evaluations and construction advances
- Special projects and additional duties as required.
