About The Position

We are seeking a highly innovative, motivated, and internationally experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join Ferrovial's Digital Hub team. Ferrovial's Digital Hub focuses on delivering digital products that leverage Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other advanced technologies to optimize and transform business processes. Digital Hub is part of the Information Technologies and Innovation direction providing services and products to the corporation and all business units (Airports, Construction, Digital Infrastructures, Energy and Highways). The selected individual will be responsible for the identification of digital needs, translating the scope to technical teams, ensuring they meet business expectations and providing a user experience that facilitates their adoption and scaling. This role will report to the Head of Digital Delivery, and it is crucial for maximizing product value delivered to the business within defined timelines, budget, and quality. Maximizing adoption of products delivered in US is a key responsibility of this role.

Knowledge of digital products and relevant industry technology.

Ability to understand business processes.
Passionate by technology and how it can transform business processes with special interest on AI
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of different Ferrovial businesses such as Construction, Energy, Highways, airports, Digital infrastructures, will be highly valued.
General knowledge of agile methodologies, with a particular focus on Scrum will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc. will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence will be considered an advantage.
Experience in the ideation and continuous improvement of digital products.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish will be highly valued.
Having experience implementing technological products in Ferrovial will be considered positively.
Project Management and Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to identify needs and manage their expectations.
Develop and communicate the product vision to all stakeholders.
KPIs definition and measurement of business impact and adoption.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Create and maintain the product roadmap.
Lead and facilitate agile teams in the delivery of digital products within a matrix organization, where resources are provided by the responsible technical areas, some internal to the Digital Hub (user experience, artificial intelligence, and engineering) and other cross-functional areas of the Information Technologies and Innovation direction (especially architecture and data, technology, and security).
Collaborate within this matrix organization to define and achieve shared objectives.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all team members.
Identify and resolve impediments that may affect product delivery.
Monitor and report product progress, ensuring transparency and visibility.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Facilitate meetings and promote collaboration with all Ferrovial businesses.
Understanding business needs and translating to technical teams.
Gather feedback on Digital Hub performance and products with relevant internal stakeholders
