Enables delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology and supports development activities. Establishes processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way and drives strategic organizational change for Agile adoption. Embeds Agile culture using Agile and Lean methodologies and ensures stakeholders can access accurate project/program status without disrupting delivery. POSITION DUTIES Coach delivery teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement. Support adoption of Agile and Lean frameworks across the organization. Facilitate workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Establish governance processes for Agile portfolio management. Advise leadership and stakeholders on Agile transformation strategies. Define and maintain Agile metrics to support delivery and performance tracking. Support cross-team coordination and program-level delivery alignment. Develop internal coaching capabilities to enable staff to coach others.
