About The Position

As an Aggregate Foreman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will lead a crew in efficient and optimum production of the plant, as well as responsible for supervising employees and monitoring their safety and productivity.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1–year of experience as a jobsite foreman.
• Supervisory experience with crews of 6–10 people.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, track hoes, dozers and front end loaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities.
• Direct, schedule, and manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure all safety standards and MSHA requirements are met.
• Operate and assist with heavy equipment as needed.
