About The Position

Kilgore, a Summit Materials company, is looking for a Foreman to support our Grantsville, UT aggregate plant. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to multiple hourly teammates engaged in safe, daily plant operations. Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.  
Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly.  
Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met.  
Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately 
Responsible for maintaining quality of all products 
Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established 
Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• 2 or more years of experience on plan maintenance/preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading a team
• Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred

Nice To Haves

• MSHA certification preferred
• 1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred
