About The Position

Viking Aggregates is hiring a Plant Foreman to lead daily plant operations, supervise crews, and ensure safe, efficient aggregate production. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with operators and management to meet production and safety goals.

Requirements

• Experience in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry preferred
• Prior supervisory or lead experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of plant operations and heavy equipment
• Safety-focused mindset
• All offers are contingent upon successful post-offer drug testing, background check, and motor vehicle record verification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operators and laborers
• Monitor production, material flow, and product quality
• Meet daily production targets and customer needs
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Conduct inspections and ensure MSHA compliance
• Train employees on safe work practices
• Complete production reports and inspections
