About The Position
Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are currently looking to add a Batch Plant Foreman to our production team! Below is more regarding job specifics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in a construction environment
- Experience operating concrete or other chemical batch plant of similar size
- High School diploma
- FULLTIME YEAR-ROUND WORK
Nice To Haves
- Prior precast plant experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead Batch Plant crew with coordinating the mixes of concrete with the correct material's needed
- Work closely with Plant Manager to hit daily production metrics
- Assist with pouring the concrete
- Coordinate with other plant operators to ensure efficient production
