Requirements

Strong passion for sales and relationship building
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and receptive to coaching
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Proactively source and generate new leads through creative outreach and networking
Initiate contact with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
Present and promote a wide portfolio of Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business policies
Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up
Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing effective sales strategies
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations
Accurately manage client information and sales activities using agency tools and resources
