About The Position

This position is for an in-office role. We are seeking candidates in the greater Salt Lake City and surrounding area only. No relocation assistance is available and out-of-state candidates will be rejected. Typical business hours of 9-5, but flexible schedule can be arranged. We're currently hiring additional staff members to provide onboarding, licensing and sales support to our growing team of sales agents. An ideal candidate would be able to engage with our agents, answer questions, resolve questions and concerns, and provide support services so that our agents can increase their sales volume.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong service mindset and ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with CRMs or POS systems
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

  • Assist agents with new onboarding process
  • Represent our firm with the utmost integrity and create a lasting impression with agents and insurance companies
  • Provide guidance to agents for licensing and renewal process
  • Conduct Zoom meetings to provide clarification and high level support
  • Interact with our agents through omnichannel platforms. Phone, text, email, chat and more.
  • Input agent data into CRM systems
  • Create workflows, reminders, support tickets, and complete daily/weekly tasks
  • Order sales materials
  • Direct agents to tools and resources in our website and other carrier websites
  • Report weekly outcomes to leadership and make recommendations for improvement
  • Learn industry best practices and jargon
