The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is seeking a full-time Agent I. This is a state position governed by the Civil Service Rules, in state government located in Oklahoma. The annual salary for this position is up to $68,000 based on education and experience. This is the first level of this job family where employees are assigned responsibilities involving entry-level work in conducting investigations. In this role, a CLEET certified professional will exercise the general powers authorized by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) while receiving training to conduct investigations involving violations of Oklahoma state laws and regulations concerning the cultivation, manufacturing, transportation, and sale of medical marijuana. Duties are performed under close supervision to build their skills in conducting investigations, collecting, and preserving evidence, interviewing witnesses, and completing other related activities.
