About The Position

Corcoran McEnearney is seeking an Agent Services & Operations Coordinator to support our real estate agents, staff, and corporate teams through hands-on, in-person service and operational support. This role is a key point of contact for agents, particularly around onboarding, technology platforms, and day-to-day troubleshooting, while also assisting with a wide range of corporate and administrative initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and service-oriented, and who enjoys balancing structured responsibilities with the variety that comes from supporting a dynamic real estate organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience (approximately 4 years) in administrative, operations, support, or client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of technology and systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Microsoft tools, Zoom, and cloud-based systems
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading training sessions
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary in-person and virtual resource for agents, particularly new agents onboarding onto company platforms and systems
  • Meet with agents and staff to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional presence in offices, accommodating both scheduled meetings and walk-in support
  • Support agents and staff with Gmail, Microsoft tools, and web-based company platforms
  • Participate in overseeing the company's helpdesk, responding to and triaging incoming requests
  • Stay informed on platform updates and feature releases, and help communicate changes to agents and staff
  • Coordinate with vendors through regular calls and updates to ensure smooth adoption and awareness of new tools
  • Assist with and lead formal training sessions for agents
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and systems over time
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the corporate team as needed
  • Assist with regular tasks such as recruiting and other research, marketing needs, blog writing and posting, monitoring web reviews, website checks for listing accuracy, agent license monitoring, and general corporate initiatives
  • Support cross-department projects and collaborate with multiple department heads
  • Assist with planning and execution of corporate events, including educational sessions and culture-building events
  • Provide occasional evening or weekend support for events, with comp time offered
