Our local General Office is seeking a customer service professional to support our agents and management team. As a Service Representative, you'll work with our Partners to onboard new agents-overseeing the contracting process so they can begin selling New York Life insurance. You will be a steward of the onboarding process-assisting with turning candidates into ready-to-sell agents and keeping everything running smoothly for our Partners. Customer Service Representatives receive on-the-job training to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback are provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
