As an Agent in Training, you’ll play a key role in providing tailored protection solutions for clients while developing advanced business and sales strategies alongside a seasoned agency team.
Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct thorough insurance consultations to align clients with appropriate coverage
Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and support
Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
Adhere to California Department of Insurance regulations and company compliance standards
1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
Active California Property & Casualty License
Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to consistently meet production goals
