About The Position

HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a domain-specific AI company transforming the insurance industry. The company is seeking an Agent Engagement Manager (AEM) to ensure enterprise customers achieve rapid, measurable value from its platform. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales and post-sales delivery . You will partner with Account Executives during evaluations to scope high-impact use cases, then fully own implementation execution from kickoff through go-live, adoption, and early expansion. This is not an account management role. The AEM is expected to operate as a hands-on deployment leader—driving technical alignment, organizational buy-in, and real workflow change inside complex insurance organizations.

Requirements

  • MBB consulting background required (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG only)
  • Experience leading enterprise customer implementations or deployments (not pure account management)
  • Strong presentation skills with clear executive presence
  • Proven ability to handle objections and navigate organizational resistance
  • Insurance industry experience is required (carrier, broker, Insurtech, or insurance consulting)
  • Technical fluency in integrations, APIs, and data workflow discussions
  • Willingness to be onsite in San Francisco or relocate to SF/NYC for full-time office work as the company scales
  • Demonstrated job longevity and track record of measurable impact

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Insurtech or vertical SaaS with complex enterprise implementations
  • Background building implementation playbooks or delivery infrastructure from scratch at an early-stage startup
  • Strong interest in applied AI systems transforming operational workflows
  • History of promotion and high performance within consulting tenure
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise implementations end-to-end, including kickoff, discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch hypercare
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders across business, operations, and technical teams to map workflows and define measurable success
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and deliver against agreed milestones with executive-level visibility
  • Partner closely with Engineering to scope integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Drive adoption through training programs, enablement, and internal champion development
  • Navigate objections, organizational resistance, and competing priorities to keep deployments moving forward
  • Identify expansion opportunities across workflows and product lines, partnering with Sales on upsell and cross-sell motions
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and advocate internally for platform improvements
  • Build scalable delivery playbooks, templates, and best practices to accelerate future deployments
