About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company building domain-specific software for the insurance industry. Their platform helps insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs automate complex workflows such as submission intake, underwriting audits, and policy comparisons—enabling teams to operate faster, smarter, and at scale. With a rapidly expanding enterprise customer base and strong backing from leading technology investors, the company is building a unified AI solution designed specifically for real-world insurance operations. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team shaping how AI is deployed across one of the largest and most complex industries in the world. As the Agent Engagement Manager , you will own the end-to-end delivery and adoption of the platform for enterprise customers. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that bridges pre-sales and post-sales, combining implementation leadership, customer success, and change management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, or account management
  • Experience leading complex enterprise software or AI implementations
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • The ability to translate business problems into technical requirements
  • Comfort engaging with senior executives and facilitating workshops or steering committees
  • A proactive, problem-solving personality with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in or with the insurance industry (or the ability to ramp quickly)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or high-growth startups
  • Experience working directly with founders or executive teams
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data-driven products (no coding required)
  • Experience supporting change management and driving adoption at scale

Responsibilities

  • Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and early adoption
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders
  • Design implementation plans, manage timelines, and ensure delivery against milestones
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to scope integrations and resolve issues
  • Drive customer adoption through training, enablement, and stakeholder alignment
  • Navigate objections, manage resistance, and keep projects moving in complex organizations
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and leadership teams
  • Build onboarding playbooks, templates, and best practices from the ground up
