Job Summary: The Agent Channel Sales Manager for DQE's Expansion Markets is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with agent partners to drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence across the Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, and Hagerstown regions. This role focuses on recruiting high-performing agents, supporting existing partnerships, and executing channel strategies aligned with DQE’s overall growth objectives.
