Join our team as an Agency Services Associate in assisting our Service Center Team through Data Entry and other service related clerical tasks. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Service team and enjoy a dynamic environment where flexibility and responsiveness are key. If you already hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) producer license, that’s a plus but if not, we will support you in obtaining your license upon successful completion of your probationary training. Licensing is not a position requirement. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, team-oriented captive agency setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient use of multiple computer systems and platforms
  • Strong work ethic; work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in balancing multiple responsibilities and adjusting focus as business needs evolve
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain context information clearly.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and sound judgement making
  • Ability to de-escalate high pressure situations and determine if further escalation is necessary
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and confidence in communicating both positive and challenging information to clients or policyholders
  • Strong focus on precision and meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Primarily Data entry of proprietary accounts into our Agency Management System
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records on agency software of all communication
  • Field inbound sales and service calls from clients and customers, as needed
  • Provide customer-centric service to all agency clients
  • Special projects as needed
