Agency Sales Producer – Farmers Insurance
About The Position
As an Agent Producer, you’ll work closely with a seasoned agency owner, learning every facet of building and running a successful insurance business. This includes sales, client management, operations, and leadership, all through comprehensive training geared toward agency ownership. While assisting clients in protecting what matters most—across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance lines—you’ll hone your expertise, build your client base, and lay the groundwork to eventually run your own agency. This career path starts with robust training and ongoing support, culminating in the opportunity to become a business owner under the Farmers Insurance brand.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear intent to pursue ownership
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
