Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Financial Services related field, 2-5 years of experience in Complaints Resolutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a proactive and can do approach to problem solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Knowledge of Prepaid Card and Demand Deposit Account regulations or other regulatory training
  • Experience handling complaints in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Track, investigate, and prepare responses to consumer complaints.
  • Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.
  • Process administrative material and tasks.
  • Identify and escalate issues that may be a risk to the company.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
