Supports administration and analysis of agency compensation programs by collecting, validating, and reporting compensation data while maintaining accurate records and assisting with program implementation. Generates reports and dashboards, researches data discrepancies, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and deliver timely, accurate information to stakeholders. Enables the compensation team to optimize program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through essential operational and analytical support. Essential Functions: Collects, validates, and maintains agency compensation data from internal systems and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares routine and ad hoc reports on agency compensation, performance metrics, and payout calculations for business stakeholders. Audits data for accuracy and completeness and researches discrepancies in compensation records. Supports the maintenance and documentation of compensation models, agreements, and related materials. Performs assigned components to support the rollout and administration of new and/or updated compensation programs, including system setup and testing. Responds to compensation related inquiries and resolves assigned issues for agency partners and internal teams. Maintains dashboards and reporting tools to track compensation usage, accuracy, and program adoption. Ensures compensation records and agreements are maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Participates in process improvement initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation program efficiency and effectiveness. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience Two years of experience in compensation analysis or related experience Experience with data analysis and reporting Prior insurance or financial services experience Prior experience with agency compensation preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly Solid analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams Ability to read and interpret agency-company contracts and compensation agreements preferred Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools (such as Microsoft Excel) Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools preferred Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
