About The Position

As a Partnerships Manager at Richpanel, your job is to build and scale our partner program starting with Shopify agencies and tech partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right partners, reaching out directly, and guiding them through onboarding and enablement. You’ll own the full partner journey: from first conversation to signed agreement, to helping them generate referrals that turn into revenue. You’ll also set up the core systems - commission structure, agreements, case studies, and enablement kits to make the program scalable. This is a high-impact role with full ownership and visibility. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, proactive, and can turn interest into a high-performing partner channel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships or channel sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • You have direct experience in the Shopify ecosystem—agencies, apps, or tech partners
  • You’re great at building long-term, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • You have a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through partnerships
  • You can prioritize the highest-potential partners, spot patterns, and optimize
  • You’ve created programs from scratch and are comfortable working with limited resources
  • You work best in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and take full responsibility for results

  • Experience in early-stage startups, partner enablement, or the broader e-commerce tech stack

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the Shopify partner program from scratch
  • Recruit and activate 20–25 high-potential agency partners in your first 6 months
  • Drive a 30 demos/month run rate through partner referrals
  • Maintain a 50%+ win rate on partner-sourced leads
  • Develop foundational partner materials - agreements, incentives, enablement kits
  • Build relationships with execs at top agencies and apps
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and shared success
  • Analyse performance, spot patterns, and optimise for scale
