The Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf is recruiting for an Agency HR Consultant II to assist the HR Director in the day-to-day operation of all personnel functions, with the ability to work independently and show resourcefulness in all areas of personnel services. Position will operate as a generalist and serve as the benefits representative and payroll administrator for the school. Position will spend the majority of the time assisting employees with a wide variety of benefit questions and the resolution of problems. Position is also responsible for posting job vacancies, screening applications via Workday, providing information to applicants regarding employment opportunities and application procedures and preparing packets of employment materials for applicants and for new employees. This position keeps up-to-date records for the employees and reports that are required for the HR Office.
