Caring Senior Service is seeking a driven, purpose-led Agency Director to launch, lead, and grow a start-up home care agency. Requirements
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to thrive in a start-up or growth-focused environment
- Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction to ensure alignment with Caring Senior Service’s mission and values
- Lead day-to-day operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, scheduling, and compliance
- Drive business growth through marketing, sales, and relationship-building with referral partners and the community
- Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue and growth goals
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
- Monitor performance metrics and financial reports to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Serve as the face of the agency, strengthening Caring Senior Service’s reputation in the local market
