Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an active Minnesota property and casualty insurance license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client and team interactions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team.
