As an Ag Shop Mechanic, your more typical responsibilities will include: Pre-deliver, inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair small engine, lawn and garden, farm and agricultural equipment. Order parts and prepare repair estimates. Prepare accurate inspection and service reports and maintain other records as required. Complete jobs and repair estimates. Keep work areas clean and orderly. Work in a safe manner. Comply with company policies and government regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently seeking an EXPERIENCED mechanic/technician with 2 or more years mechanic experience working on equipment (ag/turf, construction/forestry).
- High School diploma or equivalent experience. Technical or vocational degree in mechanical field strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills.
- Self-motivated.
