We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our team at our York location . Responsibilities of a Mobile Service Technician: Work the majority of the time in the field responding to service calls Coordinate with the service manager to manage the field-based service schedule and customer calls Clearly communicate with Service Manager, Service Clerk, Sales Representatives, Customers, Field Representatives, DTAC, and other Technicians Generate additional mobile service business, supporting the growth of the service business through excellent service and support in the field Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment including both new and existing Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products on location for customers Has a strong understanding of how to use Service Advisor, regularly submits well-prepared DTAC Cases, and instructs peers on how to utilize Service Advisor and submit well-prepared DTAC Cases Requirements of a Mobile Service Technician: 5+ years of experience performing service repairs Ability to work efficiently and in an organized manner to meet deadlines Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment Proficient computer skills High School Diploma & Associates degree or equivalent experience required Valid driver’s license required and fork lift certification preferred Start your Road to Success at AKRS Equipment by applying through the career site at www.akrs.com today!
