Requirements

2+ years mechanic experience working on farm and agricultural equipment or similar. Experience with large ag equipment highly preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with ability to be insured on company policy to operate a field service truck.
High School diploma or equivalent experience. Technical or vocational degree in mechanical field strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Basic math skills.
Self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

Experience with large ag equipment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Pre-deliver, inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair farm and agricultural equipment.
Order parts and prepare repair estimates.
Prepare accurate inspection and service reports and maintain other records as required.
Complete jobs and repair estimates.
Keep work areas clean and orderly.
Work in a safe manner.
Comply with company policies and government regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
