Requirements

• Strong business and financial background, with the ability to analyze balance sheets, cash flow statements, and credit quality.
• 3–5 years of lending experience - particularly in agri-business or farm operations.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Originate and service agricultural and commercial loans, ensuring compliance with credit policies and underwriting standards.
• Work closely with clients to assess financial conditions, review collateral, and provide expert guidance throughout the lending process.
• Actively seek new opportunities, expand customer relationships, and represent the bank at community and industry events to strengthen our presence and reputation.
