Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in automotive aftersales operations or network management.
  • Strong understanding of aftersales KPIs, and automotive processes.
  • Proven ability to drive operational performance.
  • Project management capability with structured execution and strong follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Very good knowledge of English

Responsibilities

  • KPI Analysis and Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain reports
  • Analyze service shops performance
  • Identify process bottlenecks and operational gaps within aftersales
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools in Excel and Power BI
  • Recommend corrective actions and process improvements
  • Process and Systems Management
  • Maintain data quality in aftersales systems
  • Verification and ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of after-sales processes, procedures and standards
  • Verification and ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Support testing and rollout of new tools and systems
  • Optimize workflows between HQ and dealer network
  • Aftersales Operations Support
  • Coordinate aftersales operations across the dealer network
  • Management of correspondence with dealers
  • Support aftersales marketing campaigns and technical actions
  • Support onboarding of new service shops
  • Deliver process trainings
  • Conduct operational and quality audits
  • Follow up on corrective action plans and compliance improvements
  • Special Projects
  • Support new model launches from an aftersales readiness perspective
  • Coordinate retrofit, recall, and service campaign execution
  • Participate in customer service digitalization projects
  • Optimize spare parts stock and logistics processes
  • Cooperate with HQ and regional teams on European aftersales initiatives
