Position SummaryThe Aftermarket Sales Manager is a pivotal role tasked with effectively leading the location’s retail Aftermarket business to drive retail efforts in Parts while supporting Service to maximize profitability. This is accomplished through discovering and meeting customer needs and effectively leading and coaching the Parts team. This role works closely with the store Service Manager to promote the entire aftermarket portfolio. This role requires key personal qualities such as confidence, competitiveness, a drive to succeed, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Critical decision-making skills coupled with a commitment to constant learning and improvement are essential.
