Location: Plymouth, MN, Hybrid What you will do: Strategic Inventory Planning: Collaborate with Store Managers to develop and maintain an optimal product mix for stores Lead forecasting efforts to tailor product offerings using evolving market demands and KPIs to stock new stores Materials Management: Own the Materials Management Scorecard, tracking KPIs such as Inventory Turnover, Average Days to Sell, Stockout Rate, and Back Order Rate Manage the purchase order process, including external sourcing and intercompany transfers Oversee regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts as required Ensure accurate inventory adjustments supporting store inventory requests Supplier and Distribution Oversight: Maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to enhance returns processes Enforce supplier standards for distribution, analyzing trends to continuously improve supplier performance Manage Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory processes across all sites Ensure accurate setup and inventory pulling for kits, managing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) strategies effectively Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Monitor all system material issues, taking corrective actions as needed Partner with the finance department to manage annual cycle count strategies and inventory rebalancing Utilize inventory analysis to drive decisions based on SKU family and classifications Leadership and Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, including finance, operations, and store management teams, to ensure alignment and clear communication of materials management strategies Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback, innovating processes, and conducting regular reviews What’s in it for you: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best
