After School Program Site Coordinator
About The Position
As a Site Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily program operations while supporting staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for children. Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to connect, lead, and inspire through activities such as: Helping children unwind after school with snacks and structured play Supporting homework time and leading hands-on STEM activities Encouraging creativity through cooking projects and arts & crafts Supervising outdoor games, sports, and group activities Building strong relationships with families and school partners Ensuring program quality, safety, and a positive team culture
Requirements
- Experience working with children (formal or informal—coaching, tutoring, or volunteer work counts!)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus
