In this position, you woul be the one leading the After Sales and Contracting operations with full ownership of business processes, ensuring alignment with the Group’s brand values and quality standards. You also would combine a deep understanding of commercial dynamics, customer expectations, and operational KPIs to deliver seamless service experiences.
