About The Position

In the role of Country Manager Puerto Rico working in Puerto Rico you will be part of the LATAM team. You will lead the implementation and optimization of the assigned countries route to market (RTM) to maximize NSR and profitability including developing and delivering growth for the business in the Military and Local Market. You will also be responsible for achieving beneficial category growth, delivering results and building long term relationships with distributor, key partners and key accounts This position reports to General Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico and works closely with the US-based team and market-based finance teams.

Requirements

  • You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance OR equivalent experience (10 years) in the field of sales, marketing and business development
  • You will have experience with advanced work in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
  • Responsible for the development and deployment of sales strategy within the regional strategic framework (AOP) to capture the business potential of markets
  • Responsible for developing and executing creative, practical, and profitable solutions and alternatives to promote sales growth, and business development in all consumer contact points for all distribution channels
  • Lead the development and flawless execution of the annual business plan for the region setting financial targets, designing the appropriate business strategies and tactics as well as assessing potential risks and opportunities from a financial, commercial and supply chain perspective
