  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Resolve inquiries related to distributors' cooler repairs, disposals, branding projects, products, claims, and customer concerns.
  • Initiate transportation track and trace as required.
  • Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to address logistics challenges.
  • Monitor and provide status updates on cooler service tickets using Zendesk.
  • Interact with key personnel and service providers to develop processes ensuring timely and accurate processing of cooler service tickets.
  • Establish strong working relationships with business units, distributors, logistics partners, service providers, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer support.
  • Maintain distributor customer master data in the company’s operational systems like Zendesk.
  • Ensure all tickets are properly entered and maintained within the relevant system.
  • Communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assigned distributors and service providers.
  • Provide input and recommendations to continuously improve customer service.
  • Provide logistics and transfer support as needed.
  • Support yearly physical inventory and audits as required.
  • Maintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and procedures.
  • Be prepared to assume additional tasks outside the job description as needed or directed.
